Trade Stall Application
The Desert City Street Rod & Custom Club, invite stall holders to attend and promote their stall at their annual Goanna Run event.
There is no charge for your site over the Goanna run weekend, however we do ask that you donate an item from your business that we can raffle and raise funds. The club will donate all funds raised to a charity of choice at our Show n Shine event held on the Sunday.
We do have an application process, as we are mindful that we don’t want to have multiple stalls selling the same items.
You will be required to supply and set up your own –
Battery-powered lights as portions of the event are held at night (no power available during some of the event).
Marquee 3x3m (Trade sites restricted by 3x3m, unless approved prior to the event by organiser).
Tables/ chairs/ furniture as required for your stall.
Public Liability insurance
You will be required to adhere to all traffic management and event requirements.
Please note, security of your trade stand is your responsibility.
Traders will receive 2 x complimentary Buddy Passes to attend the Entrant only Rod Run activities (Meals etc). Buddy Passes can be collected from Hayley on Friday night from our Registration table at the Gateway Lawns, your donations can also be made here.
