Become A Trade Stall Application

There is no charge for your site over the Goanna run weekend, although we do ask that you donate a gift card of a fair value that we can include in our raffle to raise funds for our charity of choice.

The club will donate all funds raised to our chosen organisation at the Show n Shine event.

Donation can be made to Hayley on Friday night at our Registration table at the Gateway Lawns.

Friday 9am to 4.00 pm (Stall Holders to be setup in Langtree Mall by 9.00am)
Saturday 5pm to 9.30pm (Stall Holders will be able to commence setting up their stall at 3.30pm, all stalls must be ready to trade by 5pm with any vehicles removed from our closed off areas.)
Sunday 8am to 1.00pm (Stall holders will be able to start setting up from 7am, all stalls must be ready to trade by 8am with any vehicles removed from our closed off areas.)
